Frassineto wheat is an ancient variety of soft wheat from Tuscany. Thanks to the stone grinding, this type 1 flour maintains the nutrients of the grain of wheat, so you can find inside it the germ and part of the bran, which give our flour its characteristics color. This flour is excellent for the preparation of bread, fresh pasta and dessert. We recommend minimum addition of yeast and long leavening.
