ROASTED AND GROUND BARLEY

The roasted and ground barley is a natural product, without caffeine, and it is an excellent substitute for coffee.

You can prepare it with a moka, filling half the filter without pressure. As an alternative you can mix two tablespoons of barley with half a liter of warm water and stir well, then pour the infusion into a cup, filtering it through a strainer.
